Use our website to print shipping labels, and we’ll handle the rest. Your items are stored in clean, secure warehouses until you’re ready to have them returned.

How much does it cost?

Pricing starts at $5.90/month for a small box. A 20% discount is automatically applied for Annual contracts. Rates depend on box size, weight, and contract length. See our pricing page for details

Hidden Charges

No hidden fees. Costs include shipping to/from the warehouse and storage. Additional insurance and re-boxing fees may apply if needed.

Billing Terms

Rent is charged monthly in advance. Contracts can be month-to-month or annually for a 20% discount

How does it work?

1. Create an account online.
2. Pack your items securely.
3. Print shipping labels and arrange pick-up or drop-off.
4. Request your box(es) return when needed.

Can I insure my items?

Yes, $50 insurance is included. Additional coverage up to $500 per box is available for a fee.

How do I get my boxes back?

Log in to your account to request delivery to any location in the U.S.

Box Requirements

Use durable, shipping-grade boxes. Avoid reused, flimsy, or oversized boxes to minimize the risk of damage. Pack smaller boxes to ensure safe transit.

Prohibited Items

No perishables, flammables, explosives, or items that degrade. Examples: gasoline, plants, food, or fireworks.

Please use our How to Pack page to prepare your boxes for shipping properly. It will guide you in choosing the right box type (a Shipping Box, not a Moving Box), proper packing methods, taping techniques, and more. Following these steps ensures your items remain secure while being shipped to us, during storage, and on their return trip.
